- What are your hours?

Being available to my clients and potential clients is something I strive for. I am normally available during the week from 9am to about 3pm for phone calls and studio sessions. I work very hard to answer emails, text and calls as promptly as possible and hope you are pleased with my response time as well as my turn around time on galleries. Being prompt and not keeping my clients waiting in the balance is very important to me. I do try to turn my phone off around 7pm but 9 times out of 10, will answer late night inquiries.
I do have a family and a husband in the oil field who tends to be gone for long periods sometimes, so there may be a few instances that it takes me a bit longer. If you do not hear back from me within 24 hours please reach out to me by call or text and I will be happy to answer any of your questions.
- Where are you located?

Amanda AnnO'lene Photography is located in Artesia. I provide services in the SENM area including but not limited to Carlsbad, Roswell, Lovington, Hobbs, Cloudcroft etc. Traveling to provide service is absolutely something I offer. I do charge a travel fee of $1.00 per mile over 45 miles.
- Do you accept reservations?

Booking in advance is definitely something we can do! If there is a special occasion or event in the future you would like captured, email me with the date and what service you are seeking. We can lock in your session date with a $75 non-refundable retainer with the remaining amount due the day of the actual session.
I do require this $75 fee for any and all sessions whether it be next week or next year.
If the session is rescheduled there will be a $75 fee for each reschedule unless otherwise decided by myself.
- What payment options do you accept?

Payments are made easy with my invoicing system. I accept cash and credit with some exceptions for checks.
I do not use any other invoicing systems such as Paypal, Venmo, Facebook pay or Cash App. This way I can keep all of my payments and transactions in one place to make things easier for me. My invoice system is safe and easy to use. You will also be able to sign my agreement and model release through the same software making super simple for all parties involved.
I do not currently accept American Express.
Mastercard, Visa, Visa Debit are some options I do accept.
- Do you have a cancellation policy?

CANCELLATION POLICY: All NON-REFUNDABLE RETAINERS and PAYMENT PLAN PAYMENTS are NON-REFUNDABLE in the event of a NO SHOW OR CANCELLATION. Transfer of payment is up to the discretion of Amanda AnnO'lene Beck, Photographer.
A Non-Refundable Retainer of $50 (for all Sessions). This fee is to retain my services for your scheduled session date that I've turned down other work for. The NON-REFUNDABLE RETAINER is just that NON-REFUNDABLE. However, when you pay your NON REFUNDANLE RETAINER and show up on time to your scheduled session, the above retainer will be applied to the total amount of your session fee. The retainer is required to reserve your session date. There will be a $25.00 reschedule fee assessed for each reschedule.
- Turn Around Time

My turn around time is one of the fastest in the area. Although I allot myself 2 weeks to deliver galleries, just in case life happens, I normally have them out in 3-5 days. I pride myself on not making my clients wait weeks for their galleries as I know it is exciting to receive.
Prints normally take 2 weeks but could arrive sooner or later depending on the time of the year. I normally wait to place a bulk order as it saves both myself and my clients extreme shipping fees. Larger products such as framed prints, gallery wraps and albums can take up to 4 weeks.
