Hey there!! I am Amanda Beck. I am a professional photographer and owner of Amanda AnnO'lene Photography! I am a New Mexico native who has also lived in Denver and Oregon. I am a mother of 4 beautiful kids who are growing up way too fast. They absolutely complete me. I am the wife to the most hardworking man I know and the most loyal and supportive friend I've ever met. Without him, my best friend of 18 years, I would not be where I am in my life or my career today. We have been married almost 18 years.
I have a deep passion for photography and always have. Since I was a young child, I would look for cameras at garage sales and pawn shops. In 2013, I bought my first professional camera. Since then, I have invested in some of the best gear and education to follow my dream of becoming a fulltime photographer. I absolutely love the art of turning precious moments into lifelong memories. I have been doing photography professionally for 6 years and am completely self-taught. I am learning every day and strive to be better than I was yesterday, in every way!
The camera is the only vehicle we have to take us back to a moment otherwise gone forever. Yesterday would be nothing but a distant memory if we couldn't look back in a photograph and remember. Taking us back to the exact fragrance of that flower. The sweet breath of your tiny baby and exactly how they touched your heart in that very moment. The crisp air and the depth of the feelings it left.
It takes opportunity to grow in any aspect of life. I just want to thank each of you, my return clients, my new clients and my future clients, for giving me the opportunity to do what I love. To grow as a photographer and to start to feel accomplished in what I have worked so hard to become.
Watching families grow is another reason I love what I do. Seeing familiar faces each year really lights a fire in my soul! I would love to not only be a part of your memories but to become a part of your family. I would love to hear from you, so please don't hesitate to reach out to me with any questions.
"Photography is a way of feeling, of touching, of loving. What you have caught on film is captured forever! It remembers little things, long after you have forgotten everything." Aaron Siskind.
